KUKA approved TUV new standard IEC62930 solar cable

TUV certification IEC 62930 solar pv cable is a new standard on the market today, it is a standard product of dc solar cable formulated by the International Electrotechnical Commission, which is used on the direct current (DC) side of photovoltaic systems, rated DC voltage between conductors and between conductors and ground not more than 1.5kV. Cables are designed to operate at a normal continuous maximum conductor temperature of 90°C. The allowable service life for a maximum conductor temperature of 120°C is 20,000 hours.

The difference between IEC62930 solar cable and en50618 solar cable is that type 2 conductors in the IEC standard are allowed for fixed installations. Secondly, there is a slight change in the insulation thickness, a slight increase.

At present, Kuka Cable solar cable has been approved for the dual certification of TUV EN50618 and IEC620930. It has the properties of high and low temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, UV resistance, rain resistance, environmental protection, and flame retardant, and has a service life of up to 25 years. TUV Solar cables are exported to more than 100 countries around the world, and the products are used in various project occasions and can withstand the test of harsh environments.  Kuka Cable has a dedicated sales channel and a professional service team. All cables are sold directly by the factory, and the product quality is guaranteed.
